Terms of purchase
An order is subject to a payment obligation and by clicking the button "Confirm order", you agree that your purchase involves a liability of payment.
Terms of delivery within Sweden: 29 SEK, other Nordic countries: 89 SEK (or equivalent in other currency) for orders up to 1 kg. Orders above 1 kg, according to the Swedish mail. For orders above 1200 SEK (or equivalent), freight is free.
Delivery within Europe: according to Swedish postage rate. Orders to a value of 1400 SEK or more are shipped freight free. No shipping overseas (the US, Canada) or other non-European countries
Time of delivery is 2-5 working days within Sweden, allow a few more days within Europe. Should time of delivery differ or if product is temporarily out of stock, we contact you immediately. Delivery will be made as soon as we receive confirmation of payment. Please check your delivery address details carefully! e-male.se does not compensate for any claims due to incomplete or incorrect delivery address. Undelivered packages must be reclaimed within 10 days upon date of confirmed delivery from e-male.se.
Price applied is the price stated at e-male.se at time of purchase. All prices include 25% VAT and are in Euro, if nothing else is stated.
Terms of payment
- Bank- or credit card. Payment is made either with VISA or MasterCard through a safe wire (SSL). The products will be dispatched to your delivery address. Payment is settled upon registration. The transaction will be registered on e-Beauty Scandinavia.
- Payment in advance. (within Sweden only). The products will be dispatched to your delivery address when settlement is registered.
- Invoice (within Sweden) at a cost of 19 SEK, through Klarna. Gives 14 days credit and is activated upon delivery. Please note! An extra fee of SEK 50 will be charged if payment is not received within 14 days. Additional conditions for invoice, please see www.klarna.se.
- Direct payment over a secure SSL-line (within Sweden only). You will be linked through a safe wire (SSL) to Swedbank Internet bank were payment can be registered. Delivery will be made after settlement is registered.
Points & Rewards - Our points & rewards system gives our customers points on each product ordered at e-male.se. These points have a face value and can be used for payment. The points account will be reset to zero on December 31. Find out more about our points & rewards system under My account.
Warranty e-male.se does not leave any further warranties other than the from the producer mentioned.
Environmental policy We use recycled packing and wrapping, which means that you might receive your products in an "used" carton. The Air Cap-bags used are made of 100% recyclable polypropylen plastic. The packaging is tailor-made to decrease the total amount of transported "air". In case of backorder, we will hold delivery of orders until all the products are ready to be dispatched, in order to decrease the number of transports.
Colours All products at e-male.se are reproduced in webcolours (216-256), thus giving you less nuances depending on how your monitor is adjusted. Colours in the monitor therefore will be experienced differently compared to the true colour. e-male.se do not guarantee perfect match of the colour of a product to customers skintone based on our product images. A piece of advice: The colours tend to be more dark than on the monitor. If in doubt, pick the brighter nuance.
Damage e-male.se is not responsible for damage caused by use of the products we mediate. If you suffer from allergy, please contact our customer service before you place an order. e-male.se reserves the right to changes of any information without prior notice. e-male.se is not liable for errors or viruses caused by visits, links or e-mails from e-male.se.

Personal information and Information sharing: For each visit to our login page we automatically recognize your IP address, domain and Web browser. This information is not used to personally identify you. We use your IP address to help diagnose possible problems with our server and Internet connection. We do not sell or market this information to any third party. We do however, on occasion, collate this information internally and analyse it to help improve the performance of our service. During the demonstration/registration/sign-up and purchase process, you provide us with personally identifiable information such as name, email address, etc. This information is used primarily to identify you in our service, which is necessary for the login process. The individual user account is based on e-mail addresses. We do not share this information with anyone, nor do we sell or market this information to any third party. This information is used to contact you in the case that a problem should occur with your account.
Returns n’ Exchanges You have the right to cancel the order before it is being sent from e-male.se. In such case, please contact our customer service immediately. Please note: testers and especially customized orders (e.i. products that aren't part of e-male's regular assortment) will not be refunded. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving your products. The product must be undamaged, unused and still sealed. We don’t pay back any delivery fees. Returns that hasn't been collected, returns due to missing or wrong address details as well as returns after more than 14 days are charged with the actual freight cost and an administrative fee. Since we want our customers to be satisfied, you choose if you want your money back or another product in exchange. We are more than willing to give you advice regarding what product could suite you better. NB! For change of product or refund, please contact our customer service for a return number. This return number must be marked on the package upon return. When the product has been inspected and meets the conditions for returns, we will proceed with the refund/exchange. Send back the product in similar packing as it was received. It is the products condition upon arrival to e-male.se that decides if it is considered to be undamaged! You pay the freight cost for return. We don’t pay any costs for COD. If we have sent you the wrong product, we pay the return cost. If your package has been damaged during transportation, please contact your local postoffice to fill out a damage form. Please contact our customer service in case you need assistance in the procedure. To claim that a product is faulty or damaged, please contact e-male.se as soon as possible (no later than 7 days after receiving the product) to get a return number. Mark the package with the number. A product can only be considered as claim if it has a manufacturing fault (i.e. wrong color is no claim, but if the product is not opened or used, we may consider change to other color). You pay the cost for return of the product to e-male.se. When the product has been inspected and faulty has been verified, we pay you back your expenses for freight and send you a new product. If faulty can not be remedied, refund will be paid.
