Klarna Checkout


After identification and risk assessment, Klarna Checkout shows the payment options that can be offered to you. Whatever payment option you choose, Klarna or one of Klarna's partners is the one that handles the payment transaction, while the actual purchase of the product or service is made directly by the store. Product or service-specific questions should therefore be directed to the store.


Current payment options offered through Klarna Checkout are invoice (without invoice fee), account credit, card payment with Visa or MasterCard. Invoice is the default payment option. Possibility of partial payment
If payment is not made, a reminder fee of SEK 50.00 and default interest of 26.00% will be added. At the time of purchase, a credit check is performed, which in some cases means that a credit report is taken. Then you will receive a copy of the credit information by post. Personal data is handled in accordance with current legislation. Klarna processes personal data for the purpose of performing customer analysis, identification, credit control and marketing. Social security numbers are used as customer numbers for customer management purposes.

Klarna Account
The payment method for you who want to choose how much you pay each month. But Klarna account is more than that. In addition to always getting your goods home before you pay, you collect all your purchases in one account. This also applies if you have shopped in several different stores via the Klarna account. This means a single invoice, regardless of the number of purchases.

For a purchase of SEK 10,000 with Klarna Konto basic terms, the set-up fee is SEK 0. The current annual interest rate is 19.90%, which corresponds to an effective interest rate of 29.22%. The credit purchase price is SEK 11,458. The number of installments is 12 and each installment is SEK 955. The example assumes that repayment takes place over a period of one year.

At the time of purchase, a credit check is performed, which in some cases means that a credit report is taken. You will then receive a copy of the credit information by post.

DELIVERY TERMS
Shipping fee is added when ordering up to SEK 199, free shipping over SEK 199. We use Postnord for deliveries within Sweden. Do you want to receive goods by courier or do you have special requests about how the shipment should be sent (within Stockholm)? Any extra shipping costs may then be added.

Our delivery guarantee means that ordered products are sent from our warehouse within 2 weekend weekdays unless otherwise stated. Should the delivery time deviate from the promised one, or if the product is marked as temporarily out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible with information about the delivery time. Delivery takes place after we have received the order confirmation (in case of advance payment, delivery takes place after bank confirmation of payment). Failure to deliver must be reported no later than 7 days after the notification that the shipment has been sent has expired. Check that you have entered the correct delivery address! In the event of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, any lost delivery will not be reimbursed and an additional shipping fee may be charged if the shipment must be resent.

If you receive a damaged package upon delivery, you should complain about it directly at the post office's delivery point. Then contact us, and we will handle the contact by post. If you need to complain about the product due to manufacturing defects, contact customer service who will give you a return number with which you mark the package. The cost of returning a complained or incorrect product is reimbursed by e-Beautyshop.com. e-Beautyshop.com applies the Consumer Purchase Act when handling complaints. A product can only be complained about in the event of manufacturing defects. Incorrect color shade is not considered a complaint, but if you have not broken the packaging or otherwise tried the contents, we ask you to contact us, so we can assess whether replacement or repurchase can take place.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / COMPLAINT

We apply the Swedish Consumer Agency's guidelines for right of return, which means that you have a full right of return within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be undamaged on arrival at e-Beautyshop.com, unused and in unopened packaging / sealing / sealing. Sealing also refers to technical sealing (eg multi-pack, combination offers or included free products). NOTE! testers and customized special orders we can unfortunately not take back! You have the right to cancel the order before it has been sent away from e-Beautyshop.com's warehouse. If you want this, you should contact our customer service immediately. NOTE! In case of exchange or refund, contact our customer service who will give you a return number. Always mark your return package with this number. The return is approved when the product has been inspected by our staff and is deemed to meet the conditions for the right of return. Crediting of the product then takes place depending on the chosen payment method. You pay the shipping cost for the return. We do not redeem cash on delivery or cash on delivery. If we have sent the wrong item, we will bear the cost of the return to our warehouse.

NOTE! You must actively exercise your right of withdrawal by notifying the shop that you wish to cancel your purchase and return the product / products. Being passive and not picking up your package does not mean that you correctly regret the purchase. If an unredeemed or uncollected package is returned, it is counted as a cancellation according to the Consumer Purchase Act (KKL) and we then charge an administrative fee of SEK 250 as compensation for our costs. The same applies to returns received after 14 days (we reserve the right to refuse compensation for late returns). Returns and returns due to incorrect address information will be charged an additional shipping fee.
